Control Valves
For use with mechanical preset counters, we offer mechanical piston valves with a linkage to attach to the preset. These valves available from 1" through 3" size in anodized aluminum, and 1.1/2" & 2" sizes in stainless steel. These valves are suitable for liquids with viscosity up to about 1000 cP.

For use with electronic registers & batch controllers, we offer several different types of solenoid valves. There are many sources for valves, and we invite distributors and users to source valves locally, as this may make it easier to obtain service for the valve at a later date.		 Mechanical Valve

For Tank Truck Service

  • We offer a solenoid version of our piston valve (90° Outlet)
  • A Straight-Through Valve is Available Together with the EMR3 Register System. It Requires a Short Nipple to Mount this Valve to the Flow Meter

For Loading Rack Service

  • Heavy duty valves should be used in this service. We can supply control valves from OCV, with 2-stage preset and other functions such as Rate-of-Flow control, pressure reducing or pressure sustaining.

For Use With TM Series Meters

  • In most cases a single stage valve will suffice. These are readily available in the open market.

For Use With TS Series Meters

  • Ball, butterfly & other valve types are readily available with electric or pneumatic actuators. These valve types should be sourced locally whenever possible.
