Batching Systems Batching function is available both in mechanical & electronic flow meter assemblies. The mechanical version is available in TS Series only, and is based on a piston valve with linkage to the mechanical preset counter. The electronic version can be combined with TM, TS or TN Series meters. There are a choice of several different electronic batch controllers, which commonly are installed remote from the flow meter - at a height convenient to the operator. These batch controllers require a 2-stage solenoid control valve (1-stage may be used flow flow rates lower than 15-20 GPM = 55-75 lpm).
