FilterFab has designed its lid closures to make filter element changeout as easy and as fast as possible. 2" thru 6" line sizes in 180 and 285 psi ratings use a quick opening swing-bolt lid while larger and higher pressure filters incorporate a flat, bolted cover with assisted openers.

Optional threaded high pressure closures are also available.

Standard Element

After choosing the closure style above, you may want to change the rentention rating of the filter element. Our standard element is designed to remove 99.7% of all particles 10-microns and larger in size. This is well below the level required bymost manufactures of regulators and meters but you may request a rating as low as 0.3-microns to as high as 75-microns.
